Will my products be delivered discreetly?
YES. All orders are sent in Australia Post satchels or in plain packaging, and will be sent from ‘Tambo Enterprises’. There will be no mention of Condom Shop or what you have purchased anywhere on the packaging.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Yes.

How much do you charge for postage?
All Australian orders are sent via the Australia Post Express service. Postage for orders up to 500g is $8.95, and for all orders over 500g $12.95. International shipping will vary depending on weight and location.

Is it safe to pay using my credit card?
YES. This website uses industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128 Bit encryption technology to ensure your personal and credit card details remain confidential. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Diners), Paypal, bank deposit, cheque or money order.

What will show on my credit card or bank statement?
Your order will show on your statement as ‘Tambo Enterprises’.

Are batteries included?
YES. Some manufacturers supply batteries with their products, and if they don’t we will supply them for you free of charge so that you can enjoy your new toy as soon as you get it.
