EXPRESS SHIPPING Discreet Packaging and Delivery Condom Shop is committed to ensuring that you receive your products quickly and in a discreet manner. Why should you have to wait for your products? Express Shipping on ALL Australian orders!

All orders are despatched via the Australia Post Express service, or airmail for overseas customers, within 24 hours after payment confirmation. All orders are sent in Australia Post satchels, plain padded envelopes or, for large bulky orders, will be packaged in a plain box. The Condom Shop name, logo, or any other reference to your purchase will not appear anywhere on the packaging. No-one will ever know what you have purchased... your order will be our little secret!

Delivery Times

          - Express Delivery - 1-3 working days

              - Standard Airmail for Overseas - 3-14 days (depending on Country)

These delivery times are only estimates and will depend on your location. We aim for Australian customers to receive their products within 3 working days after payment has been received, but please allow up to 5 working days, especially if being sent to a remote area. We will always do our best to ensure that you receive your products as quickly and discreetly as possible.

If Australia Post are not able to deliver your package or no-one is available to accept delivery, your package will be taken to your local Post Office. Australia Post will leave a card to let you know what has happened (although occasionally this card is missed) so you know that your package is ready for collection at your own convenience.

If you haven't received your order when expected and its not being held at your local Post Office please contact us at orders@condomshop.com.au and we will do our best to track down your order.

           - Over 500g - $12.95

International delivery costs will vary depending on weight and destination.
