Discreet Packaging and Delivery

Condom Shop always ensures that your products are delivered to you in discreet packaging via Australia Post. All our shipments will be sent to you in either a plain Australia Post satchel or boxed in plain packaging. The label on the packaging will be from Tambo Enterprises. There will be no reference to Condom Shop, or the products inside, written anywhere on the packaging. 

Shipping Costs

All orders within Australia, irrelevent of shape or size, have a flat shipping rate of only $7.95.

Overseas shipping rates vary. Please use our postage calculator at checkout for overseas shipping costs.

Delivery Times

We currently use three delivery methods, depending on delivery location and the size of the order. All orders will either be sent out in Australia Post satchels (where economically viable), plain padded envelopes or, for large bulky orders, will be packaged in a plain box.

• Express satchels - 1-3 working days (used where possible)
• Regular delivery - 5-10 working days (used only for large, bulky orders)
• Standard Airmail for Overseas - 3-14 days (depending on country)

These delivery times are only estimates and will depend on your location. We aim for customers to receive their products within 3 working days but please allow upto the full 10 working days (two whole weeks) for the Regular post service, after we have received payment, to receive your products. We will always do our best to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for late delivery or undelivered parcels due to the Australia Post service.

Returns Policy

Condom Shop will accept return of goods if the customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase. Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt and be in original condition. We will process a credit to your account upon receipt of the subject goods. Return shipping costs will only be accepted by Condom Shop in the event of the goods being faulty.
