Customer information in its entirety is kept totally secret and is never revealed nor will ever be sold to other organisations for any reason. • Promotional Emails - Condom Shop may at times send informative or promotional emails to our customers about clearances, specials or new products. On receipt of an email, letter or facsimile with a request not to be included in this information service, Condom Shop will remove the customer's email address from our contact list. Our mailing lists only include those that have chosen to be on them. 
  
• Free Stuff - Condom Shop reserves the right to add free items or promotional information in our Australia Post Satchels. This is a great way for our customers to get more information on new products/promotions and comes at no extra cost to the customer. This is the ultimate way to try-before-you-buy... plus everyone loves a freebie!
  
• Refund Policy - Condom Shop will refund the purchase price and postage costs for the return of a product that does not meet our customer's expectations in any way. It is requested that only the unused portion is returned in an Australia Post package and that 7 days is allowed for prompt processing of the refund. Condom Shop reserves the right as a condition of sale to refuse a refund should used condoms or dams be sent via the post with the intention of gaining a refund.
