How do I order my products? We have designed this website to make the ordering process as simple as possible for you. But if you are still having problems this page is here to help.

Paying via Credit Card or Paypal online

Step 1:
Have a good look around the site and when you find that special something you would like to purchase, simply click on 'add to cart'. You can add more than one of the same product by changing the number in the box to the amount that you require. After clicking 'add to cart' you will be directed to the Shopping Cart contents page, from here you can use the buttons at the bottom of the page to estimate your shipping costs, update any changes to your shopping cart, continue shopping or 'checkout' if you wish.

Step 2:
After you have finished shopping and clicked on the 'checkout' button, we'll need to know some personal details, such as name, address, email address, etc so that we know where to send your products (these details will be kept private and not shared with anyone). We will also ask you for a password so that when you shop with us in the future you will only have to enter your email address and this password and our ordering system will bring up your address details automatically. Once you have finished entering your details click the 'submit' button.

Step 3:
Now you will be on the Delivery Information page. Please check to make sure that your delivery address is correct. You can make any changes to this by clicking on the 'change address' button. After selecting your preferred shipping method click 'continue'. You are now on the Payment Information page. Select to pay via 'Credit card or Paypal' and then click 'continue'. You will now be at the 'Order Confirmation' page. Please check that all the information is correct. You can fix any mistakes made by clicking on the relevant 'edit' button. Once you are happy, click 'confirm'.

Step 4:
You will now have entered the Paypal website where all our credit card transactions are completed. To pay via credit card click on the 'click here' button and you will be taken to the billing information page. This is the page where you enter your credit card details. Once you have entered all of your details click the 'continue checkout' button, once only, to finalise your order. All your information is encrypted for safe transmission to our bank. None of our staff will ever see your credit card details. For more information, please view our 'Security & Privacy' section.

If you want to pay via Paypal, enter your email address and Paypal password at the beginning of step 4 and click 'continue'. You will be taken your Paypal payment page.

Credit card and Paypal transactions will be charged as 'Tambo Enterprises'.

Paying via bank deposit

Follow the instructions for paying via Credit Card or Paypal online, but at Step 3, select to pay via Bank Deposit/Transfer. You will be taken to the 'Order Confirmation' page. Please check that all the information is correct. You can fix any mistakes made by clicking on the relevant 'edit' button. Make a note of our bank details and then click 'confirm'. You will now have finalised your order. Make a note of your order number. When you transfer your money to our account you will need to enter your order number, and only this number, where it asks you to enter any additional information. This is so we can track your payment from the many other payments on our statement.

Please send an email to enquiries@condomshop.com.au once you have sent payment to our account. Your goods will only be dispatched once we receive confirmation of your payment.

Your account will be charged as 'Tambo Enterprises'.

Paying via cheque or money order by Post

If you don't have a credit card or you feel uncomfortable sending your credit card details online you may pay for your products by cheque or money order.

To do this follow the instructions for paying via Credit Card or Paypal online, but at Step 3, select to pay via cheque/money order. You will be taken to the 'Order Confirmation' page. Please check that all the information is correct. You can fix any mistakes made by clicking on the relevant 'edit' button. Once you have finished click 'confirm'.

Send us your cheque/money order together with a copy of your 'Order Confirmation', which will be emailed to you, to:

We will dispatch your order once the funds have cleared in our account. This will usually take 5 days. You will need to add this additional time to our usual delivery times.

Processing To Delivery

All orders are processed each business day.

After you have finalised your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email, outlining your purchase details, order number and total cost of your order.

We also offer the facility for you to login to your account to check the progress of your order.
